You provide us with your Brief to include:
- Number of travellers
- Dates of travel
- Preferred destination(s)
- Your ‘must haves’
- Your ‘wish list’
- Budget
We will call you to discuss your requirements in more detail, or to arrange a meeting.
You will receive a fully costed Itinerary based on your brief.
We will arrange site inspections (which can sometimes be hosted by the destination) but travel will be at your expense. If destination expenses are incurred, we will attempt to negotiate that these are deducted from your final account once the incentive travel programme proceeds.
Once your destination and travel programme is confirmed, you can liaise directly with the destination OR, for an additional fee, we can undertake all pre-trip liaison on your behalf, giving you a One-Person contact until departure.
